Neither side beat the opposing goalkeeper at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino, where both goals went in off a defending player.

Torino were held 1-1 by Lecce in Serie A on Saturday, with Ignazio Abate’s side unable to turn 64% possession into a win. Kialonda Gaspar’s own goal in the 60th minute put the hosts ahead before Daniel Bragança returned the favour in the 73rd.
The first half produced no goals. Its only notable incident came in first-half stoppage time, when referee Ermanno Feliciani booked Lecce’s Youssef Maleh for a foul.
Gaspar and Bragança turn the ball into their own nets
Torino edged in front on the hour. Gaspar, who started in Lecce’s back three, put the ball past his own goalkeeper Falcone to give the home side the lead.
The advantage lasted 13 minutes. Bragança, one of Torino’s central midfielders, then scored at the wrong end to bring E. Di Francesco’s side level.
Lecce finished with a second booking to their name, as Fatah was shown a yellow card for a foul in the 84th minute. Torino ended the game without a caution.
Torino dominate the ball but create little
The home side controlled the match in terms of territory. They completed 555 passes out of 648, compared with 272 out of 360 for the visitors, and attempted 9 shots to Lecce’s 6.
Quality was harder to find. Torino’s expected goals came to just 0.97, and only 2 of their efforts hit the target. Lecce managed 0.31 in expected goals and tested Lucas Perri only once, with 5 of their 6 shots coming from outside the box.
Torino’s back three stood out. Saúl Coco was rated 6.99, the highest on the pitch, with P. Comuzzo on 6.96 and A. Ismajli on 6.93. For Lecce, Tiago Gabriel earned a 6.87 rating, while substitute N’Dri had 2 shots and a key pass in 18 minutes off the bench.
Lecce end three-match losing run before trip to leaders Lazio
The point stops a slide for both clubs. Lecce had lost their previous three games, against Juventus, Frosinone and Genoa, conceding 9 goals in that spell. Torino had been beaten in their last two, by Como and Frosinone, after a run of three straight wins.
Torino are 11th in Serie A, while Lecce sit 14th. Torino had won the previous meeting between the sides 1-0 in February 2026, and the last six encounters are now evenly split, with two wins each and two draws.
Both teams face difficult away fixtures next. Torino travel to Napoli on Saturday 21 November, the same day Lecce visit Lazio, who lead the table with 28 points.
