The last time Juventus went to the Stadio Benito Stirpe in Frosinone, it was the official coming out party for Kenan Yildiz, with the then-teenager scoring his first goal for the club at the senior level two days before Christmas in 2023.
It is at that same stadium where Yildiz and Juventus will open the 2026-27 campaign.
Juventus will begin the new season on the road at Frosinone, with the club back in Serie A after being relegated at the end of the 2023-24 campaign. It will be the start of a 2026-27 season in which so much will be unknown about Juventus — especially with the Serie A calendar being announced 2 1/2 months before the first weekend kicks off and so much changes expected to happen between now and then. Juve will play their home opener at the Allianz Stadium one week later against Parma. (There’s just something about early-season fixtures against Parma at the Allianz, huh? A tradition unlike any other …)
Ironically, Juve will end the season at home against Frosinone — which is quite the weird twist now that we are more than a couple of years removed from the fixture list mirroring itself between the andata and ritorno.
Juventus’ first big game of the 2026-27 campaign will happen on Matchday 3 just as it did this past season, with the Bianconeri hosting AC Milan and their manager that is still to be determined following Max Allegri’s exit. Two weeks later, they will play another big home game against a European contender in Atalanta and their expected hire at manager in Maurizio Sarri, who left Lazio last week after two seasons in the Italian capital.
Big fixtures at home is a common thread of the opening 10 games of the 2026-27 season, too. On top of hosting both Milan and Atalanta in Turin, Juve will host play at home against the aforementioned Lazio (and new manager Rino Gattuso) and Napoli (likely with Allegri as their new manager following Antonio Conte’s exit).
All of Juve’s other big fixtures to finish up the first half of the season will be away from home, with a trip to Como on Matchday 13 and then first trip to the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Matchday 16 to face Gian Piero Gasperini and Roma. Juventus will wrap up the andata with a Matchday 19 trip to the San Siro for the first Derby d’Italia of the season against reigning champions Inter Milan. The first Derby della Mole of the season will be one week earlier when Torino comes to the Allianz Stadium.
Those big fixtures that were at home in the andata that will be away from Turin during the second half of the season will happen during the following weeks:
The 2026-27 Serie A season will kickoff during the weekend of Aug. 22-23 and run through the final weekend of May. There will be two midweek rounds this season, in late October and early January, while the first international break of the season will be one week longer than the usual two-week period without club football.
Check back for more details as the fixture list is still being released at the time of publication.
