Parliamo, ci confrontiamo, condividiamo esperienze. Io porto la mia storia: da pap\u00e0 a pap\u00e0 coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E da l\u00ec succede qualcosa di speciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iniziamo a parlare di figli, di emozioni, di partite, di paure, di aspettative\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E nasce una consapevolezza nuova: \u00e8 possibile avere una visione diversa. Un approccio pi\u00f9 sereno. Pi\u00f9 umano. Pi\u00f9 efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A quel punto spesso mi chiedono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Tu cosa hai fatto con i tuoi figli?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E da quella domanda parte un percorso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cosa pi\u00f9 emozionante \u00e8 vedere i pap\u00e0 che si aprono \u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pap\u00e0 che amano profondamente i loro figli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pap\u00e0 che finalmente si fermano a riflettere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pap\u00e0 che parlano con sincerit\u00e0, senza sentirsi giudicati da nessuno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante le sessioni succede qualcosa di potente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>le tensioni si sciolgono, le idee si chiariscono, il cuore si alleggerisce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E alla fine li vedi diversi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pi\u00f9 liberi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pi\u00f9 sereni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pi\u00f9 consapevoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ogni volta esco da questi incontri con una sensazione che mi accompagna per tutto il giorno: la gioia di aver aiutato un pap\u00e0 ad aiutare suo figlio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perch\u00e9 quando cresce un pap\u00e0\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>cresce anche un figlio. \ud83c\udf31<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pap\u00e0 Coach<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matteo Barberi<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ieri ero in sessione con un pap\u00e0 che ha due figli sportivi: uno nel calcio \u26bd e uno nel basket \ud83c\udfc0.
