Kenan Yildiz took over the rest of the half, equalizing barely a minute-and-a-half later, then capped a lovely team move to give the Bianconeri the lead on the stroke of halftime.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"duet--article--article-body-component\">\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Juve had their chances to ice the game in the second half but couldn\u2019t finish the job, but fortunately kept their visitors from coming particularly close to drawing level again, taking home a 2-1 win and banking three big points ahead of a December that will see them face Napoli, Bologna, and Roma by Christmas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"duet--article--article-body-component\">\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">How did the players fare on Saturday at the Allianz? Kept Borelli relatively quiet and helped hold Cagliari to only five shots in total. Totaled 108 touches and completed 92 percent of his passes, and started the sequence that led to Yildiz\u2019s winner. He set the team up relatively well, and there wasn\u2019t much in the way of nuance to his substitutions. Indeed, his first two changes were very much dictated by circumstances, namely Vlahovic\u2019s injury and Kostic\u2019s complete ineffectiveness. Seeing Miretti get decent playing time again was a good sign, and it\u2019s looking more and more like he\u2019s going to be a viable piece to the double pivot.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"duet--article--article-body-component\">\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The test for Spalletti over the next month is going to be twofold. First, he\u2019s going to have to match wits with perhaps the three best coaches in the league\u2014Antonio Conte, Vincenzo Italiano, and Gian Piero Gasperini\u2014to keep Juve afloat through this tough stretch. Second, he\u2019s going to have to get David and Openda to produce in a way that they haven\u2019t so far.
