Well, it\u2019s Monday. And it\u2019s a Monday after there were some rather interesting results in Serie A. (Of course, as we are all well aware of, Juventus was not part of that group.)<\/p>\n

It was busy weekend in Italy \u2014 as one might have expected knowing full well what was on the schedule. There\u2019s a new league leader, one that even those who root for the club probably didn\u2019t expect to be at the top of the table a month or two ago considering a brand new manager just took charge over the summer. There\u2019s the defending champions a couple of points off the pace after giving Atalanta\u2019s new manager a rude awakening in his debut.<\/p>\n

Oh, and there\u2019s now a new club at the bottom of the standings, too. (You\u2019re welcome.)<\/p>\n

So yeah, it was an eventful weekend.<\/p>\n
