The agent of Strasbourg attacker Joaquin Panichelli, Martin Guastadisegno, confirmed that AC Milan\u2019s interest in his client is not new.<\/p>\n

Speaking to MilanPress<\/strong> (via Calciomercato.com<\/i>), Guastadisegno addressed the rumors linking the 23-year-old forward to a move to San Siro in the January transfer window. While admitting there had been no recent communication, he stressed that Milan\u2019s scouting of the player is well-established, offering the following full quote:<\/p>\n \u201cNo news with Milan. At the moment, I haven\u2019t heard from anyone despite having a great relationship with Furlani and Moncada. Contacts in recent weeks? None, but it is a name that Milan knows and has been following for a long time.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Panichelli, who came through the River Plate youth system, has scored 10 goals this season. He is currently valued at approximately \u20ac25 million and is under contract with Strasbourg, a club owned by Chelsea magnate Todd Boehly, until 2030.<\/p>\n Milan is reportedly looking for a new center-forward after their previous signing, Santiago Gimenez, failed to live up to expectations.
