If you\u2019re young, he helps you shine. He really brings out the best in players. Given Gasperini\u2019s style, the midfield will be crucial.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cYou need players who can run for more than 90 minutes and contribute in both phases of play. They must deliver both quality and quantity \u2014 it\u2019ll be a demanding job.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cFinally, Roma have put people in charge who truly understand football \u2014 not amateurs pretending to know the game.
