AC Milan are on the brink of completing the transfer for Torino midfielder Samuele Ricci, with negotiations now in their final stages.<\/p>\n
The fee for Ricci is expected to land at \u20ac25 million, including bonuses, after weeks of back-and-forth between the two clubs.<\/p>\n
After a fresh round of talks on Wednesday morning, Milan and Torino have significantly narrowed the gap in valuation.<\/p>\n
According to reports, the Rossoneri originally balked at Torino\u2019s initial \u20ac33 million demand, but a compromise is now close, with both sides content with a fee of around \u20ac25 million, bonuses included.<\/p>\n
The midfielder had been a long-term target for Milan, who first tried to sign him during the January window earlier this year.<\/p>\n
New sporting director Igli Tare has since made contact with Ricci\u2019s representatives, pushing to get a deal done before other clubs, such as Inter or Napoli, could re-enter the race.<\/p>\n
While club-to-club talks were ongoing, Ricci had already reached a full agreement on personal terms with Milan. The 23-year-old has reportedly accepted a four-year contract and is now simply waiting for the green light to undergo his medical and finalize the move.<\/p>\n
Ricci featured in 36 games for Torino in all competitions during the 2024\u201325 season, registering one goal and two assists. His football IQ and composure in possession make him a natural fit for Max Allegri\u2019s planned midfield setup.<\/p>\n

Luka Modric has been all but confirmed to have joined, and talks have also resumed for Bayer Leverkusen\u2019s Granit Xhaka, with Milan launching a \u20ac10 million bid for the Swiss international.<\/p>\n
Should Ricci, Modric, and Xhaka all arrive, Milan\u2019s midfield would be equipped with a new balance of youth and experience going into the 2025\u201326 Serie A campaign.<\/p>\n
