Juventus are eyeing up a move for Manchester United full-back Noussair Mazraoui, according to reports.
Noussair Mazraoui Could Leave Manchester United
The Old Lady are now prioritising a new forward and right-back, with the hunt for a midfielder placed on hold.
Despite Pierre Kalulu impressing this season by playing every single minute across all competitions, the hierarchy also want an able deputy capable of starting regularly.
Genoa’s Brooke Norton-Cuffy is on their radar, but owing to growing competition for his signature, Juventus have now turned to Mazraoui, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Moroccan international, currently at the Africa Cup of Nations, has been consigned to a bit-part role this campaign. Indeed, he has made just nine appearances and played 443 minutes in total.
He will return to Old Trafford faced with an uncertain future, especially after Ruben Amorim was dismissed. Any decision on his future is likely to wait until after he has spoken to the incoming interim boss.
However, Mazraoui is said to be open to a new challenge to press home his hopes of playing at the upcoming World Cup. That may open the door for an ambitious swoop from Juventus, potentially this month.
No formal approach has been made, but talks could take place over the coming weeks.
The 28-year-old is a right-back by trade but was used at centre-back and wing-back under Amorim. This versatility would be a major boost for Juventus, who also explored him as a target in August.
Bayern Munich’s Sacha Boey, who will imminently be on the move, is also being evaluated by the Serie A side.
Meanwhile, Juventus’ interest in Federico Chiesa is set to result in an official offer being made to Liverpool.

Juventus Set For Noussair Mazraoui Blow
At present, Manchester United are understood to be reluctant to let players leave.
Current caretaker boss Darren Fletcher has been working with a ‘skeleton’ squad depleted by untimely injuries and the AFCON, and until the club begin to welcome back these absentees, departures are unlikely.
Even then, they will surely operate on a restrictive one-in, one-out policy.
Joshua Zirkzee is wanted by Roma, but now looks set to stay at Old Trafford after Amorim’s sacking.
Mazraoui is also all but certain to remain, having impressed since joining for a bargain £15million in 2024. United are unlikely to find a versatile and equally cheap replacement able to tick several boxes as he does.
